Our Venison and Cranberry Sausage is produced from Wild Scottish venison. To allow the beautiful flavours to do the talking we add a small amount of pork back fat to the lean meat, our own hand blended seasoning, herbs and cranberries to enhance the deep flavours of this wonderful product.
