We’ve removed the skin and expertly wrapped the roast in a delicate weave of our signature, home-cured black cherry wood-smoked streaky bacon. This succulent roast delivers an extraordinary flavour with every slice, transforming the mild taste of turkey into a show-stopping centerpiece. Perfectly balanced with a hint of smokiness from the bacon, it’s a roast that looks as incredible as it tastes.

For a mouth-watering finish to your Turkey Breast Roast, consider glazing it during the last 20-30 minutes of cooking. A sweet glaze will beautifully complement the smokey bacon wrap, adding a touch of caramelized goodness.

Cooking Recommendation with Glaze Variations:

  1. Maple Bourbon Glaze
    Ingredients: ¼ cup maple syrup, 2 tbsp bourbon, 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard, 1 tbsp brown sugar
