This is what you need if you’re planning a Pork Burnt Ends cook. These are completely boneless chunks of Pork Belly, cut into 1.5-2″ Squares they’re the perfect size. Packed into 700g+ Packs – So Simple, so easy and so very very goooood! Spice them up and hit them with some low and slow smoke then ramp up the temperature a bit to induce the rendering process. Once the chunks reach your desired doneness and tender enough to fall apart, add a glug of your favourite sauce to finish. Allow to caramelise a little then serve immediately.
