Home cured Streaky Bacon from the finest Pork is produced using our own National Award Winning recipe then smoked with fine Hickory wood smoke. Hickory is a strong smoke that mellows as it soaks deep into the bacon that then releases a beautiful unmistakable smokey bacon aroma when it's being cooked.

This is guuuud bacon and maybe one of our best!
