Description

This is our amazing dry cured Treacle Bacon. We always knew it was good but when it won a Diamond Award and First Place position in a National competition (Bacon category) we then realised how great it really is. It’s a very simple bacon that isn’t smoked but gets its colour from the sweet molasses that’s soaked into the bacon over time. A really nice bacon that isn’t overpowering, just subtle hints of sweet treacle that adds to the sensations of excellent Bacon.
