Description

This soup is a local speciality, from the town of Cullen in Moray, on the northeast coast of Scotland. A thick Scottish soup made of smoked Haddock, potatoes and onions.
 

Cooking Instructions

Heat thoroughly on a medium heat over a hob or microwave on full power, mixing regularly to ensure heated through.
