Lamb Chumps are the perfect cut for a quick lamb roast, with the layer of fat left on the top to ensure the meat stays moist whilst cooking, or why not marinade and cook on the BBQ? Most of our Lamb comes from local Scottish producers although we do at times buy from further afield, like when the first ‘new season’ Spring Lambs are not available and Scottish / UK Lamb is either in short supply or not up to the standards we require.

NOTE: The Chump cuts here on the website are currently rarely sourced in the UK due to poor quality and lack of availability. If you specifically want Scottish then please let us know as we can pull limited availability from our retail shops.
