These are selected Pork Loins sourced from either locally Scottish or selected UK producers we trust. Deboned, Skinned and ready for curing your own Bacon or a simple Pork Roast. Also great for butterflying to stuff with your own concoction of magical flavours for that something completely different. It’s also big enough to whack off a few steaks first just to check the quality of course!
