It’s incredibly versatile—perfect for everything from flame-grilled meats to smoked beef cheeks with pear, or a big batch of sticky chicken wings. This blend really does it all.
For best results, coat chicken wings, fish, prawns, pork steaks, chicken thighs or your favourite cut of beef generously and allow to marinate for at least one hour. When cooking, keep it away from direct heat where possible to prevent burning.
