Using purely our fabulous XM GOLD Briskets to gain an excellent fat to meat ratio, these Burgers are hand processed at every level with a finished weight of 225g (8oz) each! Brisket fat is well known as some of the most sought after fats for Burgers, with it’s soft texture that adds beautiful flavour and juiciness. Only last night we did the final trial just to make sure.. A huge thumbs up all round.
