The Cabrito Goat is renowned for its full flavoured meat and interestingly the most widely used meat in the world! Goat isn’t overly popular in the UK probably because it favours a different palate to that of famous British cuisine. However, what we have here are chunks of Cabrito Goat that are completely boneless and taken from Loin eye and Tenderloin fillets. The most tender cuts of the animal these chunks would work really well for slow cooks, on a kebab or simply cooked to pink. Just thaw and get cooking!
